Terms: Monitoring Services & Cancellation 

Monitoring services are optional and separate from access review determinations.

Cancellation requires written notice. Termination applies prospectively only. Fees paid for completed review or prior monitoring periods are non refundable.

Access determinations are transactional, time bound, and facility specific. Monitoring status does not alter prior recorded decisions.

Payment compensates administrative review and documentation only. Approval outcomes are based solely on submitted materials.

Daily Gizmo Tech 101, Inc. may suspend or terminate monitoring if required documentation lapses or material risk conditions change.
