These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of administrative review services provided by Daily Gizmo Tech 101, Inc. (“DGTech101,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By submitting payment or documentation, you agree to these Terms.

Defined Service (Administrative Review Only)

DGTech101 provides administrative document intake and compliance review services. Services are strictly limited to evaluating submitted documentation against stated submission requirements at the time of review.

DGTech101 does not provide:

• Legal advice
• Insurance advice
• Policy interpretation
• Remediation guidance
• Coverage guarantees
• Risk management consulting

All determinations are administrative in nature.

Standard of Review

All evaluations are limited strictly to documentation submitted at the time of review.

DGTech101 has no duty to investigate beyond materials provided through official intake channels. Verbal representations, third-party summaries, or external materials are not considered.

If documentation changes, expires, or is replaced, a new submission is required.

Limitation of Liability

DGTech101 makes no guarantee regarding:

• Insurance coverage validity
• Claim outcomes
• Policy enforceability
• Future compliance

All services are provided “as-is.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from any administrative review is limited strictly to the administrative fee paid for the specific site ledger activation or vendor submission at issue.

DGTech101 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or third-party damages.

Jurisdiction and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Comanche County, Oklahoma, or the appropriate federal court serving that jurisdiction.

Non-Agency and No Professional Representation

DGTech101 is not:

• An insurance broker
• An insurance agent
• An adjuster
• A law firm
• A legal representative
• A fiduciary

No agency, advisory, or professional relationship is created by use of this service.

Owners retain sole authority over site access decisions. Vendors retain sole responsibility for maintaining valid documentation.

Payment Terms

Site Ledger Activation fees are non-refundable once administrative processing begins.

Vendor submission fees apply per submission, per site.

Modifications

DGTech101 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
